NORTH WEST COMMUNITY REHAB - Mount Isa

North West Community Rehab (NWCR) is a new 10 week community rehabilitation project providing comprehensive reviews and physical activity programs for people with neurological conditions.  It is a joint project of Mount Isa Centre for Rural and Remote Health, James Cook University, Queensland Health and North & West Qld Primary Health Care. 
 
Programs commence 5 March, 2012 in Mount Isa with some outreach services to other communities in the North West. 
 
Participation in the programs is free and some assistance with transport may be available.
